Role Description:
This is a full-time, Remote role for a Sales Business Development position. The role involves activities related to sales, business growth, and client acquisition. Within GAIMIN Gladiators team, you will work directly with the Senior Leadership Team and Partnership Manager to develop new sponsorship and partnership opportunities, bringing in new campaigns and businesses to provide quality products and services to the audience. Applicants should be aware they will be selling HIGH-VALUE Sponsorships, so previous work on large value sales is preferred.
Role Responsibilities:
- Generating continuous sales and deal flow of interested Sponsors and Partners
- Relationships with potential and prospective partners
- Negotiating packages and deals with prospective clients to ensure the best deal for both parties
- Creating new campaign ideas, opportunities and areas of interest for prospective clients
- Presenting potential clients and opportunities to Senior Leadership and - Partnerships Manager
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or related fields, with emphasis on Sports Media Sales and General Media Sales
- Computer Literacy & Ability to understand the Market
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of sales strategies and market trends
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
